The free tools are single-purpose checks that run without an account: enter a URL or a keyword, get an answer. They use the same engines as the product, scoped to one question at a time.

A free tool answers a question once. The product keeps answering it: a free traffic estimate becomes the measured visits and clicks in Site traffic →, and a free page score becomes the audited, monitored site.
Limits and usage
- Free tools are rate limited per visitor, more tightly for anonymous use.
- Results are live lookups, not cached reports — running the same check twice can differ when the world changed in between.
If something isn't working
A tool refuses your URL. The target must be a public site — private addresses and unreachable hosts are rejected by design.
You get a 429 after several quick runs. The per-minute bucket emptied. Wait a minute.
