Reports export as clean PDFs through your browser's print flow — the report page restyles itself for print, so what you save is a presentation-ready document. Projects carry branding (your name and look, or the client's, on client-facing surfaces), so the deliverable reads as yours.
Your agency's name, logo and colours on the PDF need white label, an add-on to the Agency plan. Without it, reports print as SearchBlueprint. See White label →.
Export a branded PDF
To export a report:
- Open the report and use its print or save-as-PDF action. The print stylesheet takes over, and the export comes out clean, light-themed, and paginated.
- Set the project's branding once so client-facing surfaces carry the right identity.
Before sending the first PDF for a new client, check page one — brand, domain, date — the way you'd proof any deliverable.
The PDF and the share link
Use the PDF for the monthly review meeting and the email attachment. Use the live share link → for everything else — the link is always current, while a PDF is true the day you print it. Send both: the PDF for the file system, the link for the truth.
Limits and usage
- PDF export is free and unlimited — it's your browser printing a page built to be printed.
- The PDF is a snapshot; the share link is the living version.
If something isn't working
The PDF renders dark or cut off. Use the report page's own print action rather than printing a random scrolled state, and choose save as PDF in the print dialog.
A section is missing from the export. Sections that need interaction to load render in their loaded state — open the report, let it finish, then print.
