White label

What the white label add-on puts under your agency's name, what it costs, and how to add or remove it.

Open in the appUpdated 2026-10-26

White label is an add-on to the Agency plan: $99 a month, or $1,188 a year on Agency billed yearly. Base does not include it, and no plan includes it.

What it covers

  • Your company name, logo and colours on the reports, exports and share pages your clients get.
  • Downloaded files named after your company.
  • A client portal on your own domain, like app.youragency.com, where clients and your team sign in under your brand.
  • Your own booking link at the end of shared reports.
  • The emails your clients get (scheduled reports, portal sign-in links and invitations) carry your name and your colour: buttons, headings and panels take your saved colour, darkened when white text would not read on it. Mail to you and your team stays SearchBlueprint's.
  • Replies to emails sent under your brand reach the workspace owner.

Add it

  1. Open Settings, then White label.
  2. On Agency, press Add white label. The rest of this billing period is charged to your card at once, and it renews with your plan.
  3. On Base, upgrade to Agency first, then add it. With no plan yet, Get Agency with white label opens one checkout for both.

Then fill in your name, logo and colours, and connect your client portal under them.

Remove it

Press Remove white label in the same place. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for. After that, reports print as SearchBlueprint again and your portal address stops answering. Your saved brand and your domain are kept, so adding white label back brings both back with no DNS step.

Limits and usage

  • To change your plan while white label is on, remove white label, change the plan, then add it back. Stripe's plan screen cannot change a plan that carries an add-on.
  • The app you sign in to on searchblueprint.io still carries our name. Your clients see yours.
  • Workspaces that saved a brand before 19 October 2026, when every plan could white label, keep it without the add-on.

If something isn't working

A report still prints as SearchBlueprint. Check that white label is on in Settings, then White label. A PDF printed before you saved your brand keeps the name it was printed with, so run that audit again.

Your card was declined when adding it. Nothing was added. Update the card in Plan & credits, then press Add white label again.
