SearchBlueprint's agency shape is one workspace for your team and one project per client website, run on a repeatable monthly rhythm. The point of the shape is that adding the eighth client is the same work as the third — and nothing about a client lives in one person's head.
The monthly rhythm
Each client cycles through 4 stages:
- Baseline. The first audit, keyword confirmation, and competitor review.
- Plan. Accepted findings become tasks on the plan →. The plan is the engagement's scope in writing.
- Produce. The content calendar → drains into drafts, and on-page fixes ship from the task board.
- Prove. The scheduled re-audit → lands, insights → show what moved, and the client sees it through their share link or login →.
Adopt the rhythm per client at onboarding, not later.
Onboard a new client
Set up every new client the same way:
- Create the project.
- Run the baseline audit through the wizard.
- Put the audit on a monthly schedule.
- Connect their CMS.
- Issue their access.
That five-step setup is the whole onboarding.
Watch the roster
Across clients, the Projects list is your agency dashboard — the latest grade per client at a glance. A grade that slips between months is the early warning your account manager wants before the client notices.
Limits and usage
- Credits pool at the workspace, so heavy months on one client draw from the shared allowance — size the plan to the roster.
- Team roles: add your staff as members, and clients on client access → only.
If something isn't working
Two team members doubled up on a client. Assign tasks on the plan — the board, not chat, is where ownership lives.
A client's rhythm slipped. Check that the schedule exists and the calendar has items. The rhythm is exactly as automated as you set it up to be.
