HighLevel keeps a funnel or website page's title and meta description in the page builder's SEO panel. Blog posts have their own SEO details. Here's where each change from your On-Page Mapping goes.
HighLevel has renamed the SEO panel. Its help articles call it SEO Meta Data, and its changelog says the new name is SEO & AI search optimization. Your account may show either.

Change a blog post's SEO details
A new post asks for its SEO details after you write it: go to Sites > Blogs, open the blog, click New Post, and click Continue when the draft is done. The next screen takes the URL Slug, the SEO title, the Description, and the cover image with its alt text.
To edit a published post, open the three-dot menu beside it. HighLevel's help shows two versions of this menu: Change Blog Post SEO Details, or Update Post > Update Settings. Change the title and description, then save.
HighLevel suggests a post description between 100 and 250 characters.

Change the H1
To change a heading's tag:
- Open the page in the builder.
- Highlight the heading text. A formatting toolbar appears below it.
- Open the heading dropdown on the toolbar and choose
H1.
HighLevel recommends one H1 per page.

Change the URL
Change a funnel step's address in the Path field of its step settings. Each path must be unique on the domain. Nested paths can go up to 5 levels deep.
HighLevel doesn't add a redirect when you change a live path, so add a 301 yourself. Its newest guide puts redirects in Settings > Domains & URL Redirects > URL Redirects, then + Add Redirect. An older article points to Sites > URL Redirects.

Add image alt text
Select the image in the builder and find its alt text in the General tab of the right sidebar. For a blog post, the cover image's alt text sits with the post's SEO details.

Hide a page from search
HighLevel has no noindex switch. In the page's SEO panel, add a custom meta tag named robots with the content noindex, then click Update SEO Meta.

Check it worked
Run the published page through the free Meta tag checker. It shows the title, description, H1 and robots tag the page serves now. HighLevel's own site audit, under Sites > SEO, also checks titles, descriptions, headings and alt text. When the change is live, tick Mark done on the page's row in On-Page Mapping.
Limits and usage
- Paths can't contain
?,%,&,=or#. - A redirect's source domain must already be added to your HighLevel sub-account.
