Content calendarWriting from the calendar opens in October
Your content plan, off the spreadsheet and onto one calendar
Your strategy lands on a calendar with a keyword and a date for every article and page. Move it, change it, or send it to your client to approve.
Try it. This is searchblueprint.io's own data.
1What's due this week
See what's due, and the search it's for.
You've opened the plan and still not known what's due this week. Here every article and page in your plan sits on a calendar, each card with its keyword and its date.
- A keyword and a date on every card
- Pages to fix and articles to write, side by side
- Calendar, list, board or topic map

2When a date moves
Move a post in one drag.
You've had a client push a launch and spent an hour reshuffling rows. Drag the card to another day, or press and hold on your phone and pick the date. Adding posts works the same way, straight from your keyword research.
- Drag to a new day, or hold and move on a phone
- Add posts from your saved keyword research
- Keywords already planned aren't offered twice
Move to
3When the keyword is wrong
Swap the keyword, keep the date.
You've looked at a planned post and known it's aimed at the wrong search. Change its topic and your saved keywords are listed with difficulty and monthly searches. Any already in the plan are marked, so two posts don't chase one search.
- Difficulty and searches beside every option
- Keywords already in the plan are marked
- Type your own if it isn't listed

| Topic | Difficulty | Volume |
|---|---|---|
| 82 | 11,000 | |
| 44 | 33,800 | |
| 41 | 6,600 | |
| 37 | 4,400 | |
| 14 | 1,900 |
4When one topic is off
Say what's off and it redoes that one.
You've wanted to change one topic without rebuilding the whole plan. Tell it what's wrong, like too salesy or wrong audience, and it redoes that item's title, keyword or angle. You see the before and after, and Undo puts the old one back.
- One item redone, the rest left alone
- Before and after, shown side by side
- Undo if you liked the old one better

5Client sign-off
Let your client approve topics from one link.
You've chased a client for topic sign-off through a week of emails. Turn on client review and send one link. They approve each topic or ask for a change, with no login, and every request shows on your calendar until you resolve it.
- Approve or request a change, topic by topic
- No login for your client
- Each request on its card until you resolve it

6Writing it, from October
From October, each article written on its date.
You've watched planned posts sit unwritten because nobody had the hours. Writing from the calendar opens in October: press Write for me and you see the price and your balance first, or switch on Auto-write and each article is written on its date.
- The price shown before anything is written
- A failed write comes back with the reason
- Opens to customers in October

And the small stuff, handled
Pages as well as posts. Pages to optimise and pages to build sit on the calendar beside your articles.
Grouped by topic. The topic map shows which articles support which page.
Filter what you see. Show only articles to write, pages to work on, or what's written.
Notes for the writer. Instructions, a reference link and an outline, saved on each article.
One calendar per site. Every client site you run gets its own.
Our own blog runs on it. More than 600 posts on searchblueprint.io were written from its calendar.

Questions people ask
Where do the calendar items come from?
From your strategy. When it finishes, the plan built from your confirmed keywords goes on the calendar, each item with a keyword and a date. You can add more from your saved keyword research.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. Drag a card to a new day, swap its keyword with Change topic, or tell it what's wrong and it redoes that one item. Undo puts the old one back.
Can my client approve topics?
Yes. Turn on client review in your website's settings and send the link. Your client approves each topic or asks for a change, with no login, and nothing they do spends your credits.
When can it write the articles?
Writing from the calendar opens to customers in October. Each article then costs your website's article price in credits, shown before you confirm, and Auto-write can write each one on its date.
Does it publish to my site?
Not yet. Publishing opens to customers in October. When it does, a card only reads Done once we've visited the public page and found it.
Is the calendar free?
Your first plan preview is free, with no card. The calendar fills in once you start a plan.
