For agencies

Pitch with their plan, then deliver it the same way

Research used to take days before you could pitch. Run a prospect's site the night before and walk in with their rivals and quick wins, then build every client's plan the same way.

1Before the pitch

Walk into the pitch knowing their site.

You've pitched with a generic deck because there was no time to dig into the prospect. Enter their site and see who really takes their searches, the quick wins worth taking first, and the pages they're missing.

  • Each rival's keywords and traffic next to theirs
  • Quick wins, each with the reason it's quick
  • Pages to build where nothing answers a search

2When a junior hands it over

Hand your juniors a map, not a keyword dump.

You've opened a sheet of three hundred keywords with no idea where any of them go. Here every keyword you confirm goes to one page, marked Live, Covered or Build, so whoever picks it up knows the next step.

  • One main keyword per page, across the site
  • A warning when two pages chase one search
  • Pages to build, listed beside the ones you have

3The monthly send

Their plan as a PDF, with no tool name on it.

You've spent hours pasting screenshots into slides, each with a tool's logo in the corner. Print the client's plan instead: their keywords, site structure and content roadmap, laid out the same for every client.

  • Keywords with their position and monthly searches
  • No tool name anywhere in the document
  • Every client's plan printed in the same order

4Getting a yes on topics

Get each topic signed off without the email chain.

You've chased a client across four emails for a yes on next month's articles. Switch on the review link and they approve each topic, or ask for a change and say what, with their name on the note.

  • Approve or Request change on every topic
  • A box for what they'd like changed, signed with their name
  • Nothing is shared until you switch review on

5The client who wants a login

A login that opens their sites and nothing else.

You've held back from giving a client a login because it would show them every other client. Invite them as a client and tick the websites they can open. They can read, and that's all.

  • Only the websites you tick
  • Read-only, checked on our servers
  • They can't run anything or spend your credits

6Signing the next client

Add a client as a website, not a new subscription.

You've paid for another plan every time a client signed. On the Agency plan websites are unlimited and every site draws on one credit balance, so the next client is a new website in your list.

  • No per-website charge on the Agency plan
  • One credit balance, shared across every site
  • Unlimited websites

Plan

Agency, unlimited websites

Credits

Shared across your websites.

And the small stuff, handled

  • Grouped by client. Put each website under a group, like Retainers, so the list stays readable.

  • One reset ends it. Reset a client's share link and their report, plan and review links stop together.

  • Kept out of Google. Client links ask search engines not to list them.

  • Titles for each page. Each client site gets a title, description and H1 for the pages we check.

  • The site plan for a week. Share a client's site structure on a link that expires in 7 days.

  • Your logo from October. The graded report with your agency's name and logo opens then.

One plan for every client site

Questions agencies ask

Is the first plan really free?

Yes. Your first site's plan costs nothing and needs no card. After that, each new plan comes out of your plan's credits.

How many client sites can I run?

As many as you like on the Agency plan. Every site draws on the same monthly credit balance.

Can a client see my other clients or my costs?

No. A client login opens only the websites you tick, read-only, and nothing they do spends your credits.

Is it white-label?

Partly, today. The printed plan and the review page name no tool. The graded report with your agency's name, logo and colour opens in October. Client links sit on our web address, and there are no custom domains yet.

Does it write and publish the content too?

Not yet. Writing and publishing open to customers in October. Today you get each client's plan, page titles and content roadmap, ready for your writers.

Can I see each client's traffic?

Soon. Site traffic reads each site's Google Analytics and Search Console, and the Google connection opens shortly.

Research your next prospect before the call.
