Agency reports
Client pages that show your work, not the tool
Print each client's plan to PDF with no tool name on it. They sign off topics on a review link, and one reset shuts their links when the work ends.

1The monthly send
Their plan as a PDF, not a slide deck.
You've spent hours pasting screenshots into slides, and every one had a tool's logo in the corner. Print each client's plan to PDF instead: their keywords, the site structure and the content roadmap, with no tool name on any page.
- Keywords with their position and monthly searches
- No tool name anywhere in the document
- A clean, paged PDF from your browser's print window

2Getting a yes on topics
Get each topic signed off without the email chain.
You've chased a client across four emails for a yes on next month's articles. Switch on the review link and they approve each topic, or ask for a change and say what, with their name on the note.
- Approve or Request change on every topic
- A box for what they'd like changed, signed with their name
- Nothing is shared until you switch review on

3The client who checks in
A login that opens their sites and nothing else.
You've held back from giving a client a login because it would show them everything. Invite them as a client and tick the websites they can open. They can read, and that's all.
- Only the websites you tick
- Read-only, checked on our servers
- They can't run anything or spend your credits

4Walking them through the site plan
Share the site plan for a week, then close it.
You've sent a sitemap as an attachment and found it forwarded months later. Share the site plan board as a link that expires in 7 days, or revoke it once the call is over.

5When the engagement ends
One reset closes the client's links.
You've wondered who still has an old link. Reset the share link and the report, the Blueprint and the content plan review stop working together. Anyone with an old link sees it's no longer active.
- Report, Blueprint and review links stop together
- You confirm before the old links stop
- A new link ready to send

6Your name on the report
Your name and logo on the graded report, from October.
You've been asked which tool made the report. From October, the graded site report carries your agency name, logo and colour, says who it's prepared for, and signs off as prepared by you.
- Your agency name and logo at the top
- A footer that says prepared by your agency
- Download PDF saves a clean, paged copy

And the small stuff, handled
Kept out of Google. Client links ask search engines not to list them.
Free to share. Links cost nothing to make, copy or reset, and printing is free.
A name on every note. A reviewer types their name once, so you know who asked for what.
Site by site. A client with three sites gets each one ticked on their login.
Wireframes too. Share the site plan as a sitemap or as wireframes.
Our web address, said plainly. Client links sit on searchblueprint.io, because custom domains aren't built yet.

Questions people ask
Is this full white-label?
No. Today the plan prints with no tool name, and the review link, the site plan link and client logins work. The graded report with your name, logo and colour opens to customers in October. The app on your own domain and custom domains for client links aren't built.
What's in the printed plan?
The client's keywords with their position and monthly searches, the site structure and the content roadmap. Priority actions join it when the graded audit opens in October.
Does anything show your company's name?
The printed plan, the review page and the site plan link name no tool. Their web address is ours, and a client login opens inside our app, so both carry our name.
Can a client see my other clients or my costs?
No. A client login opens only the websites you tick, read-only, nothing they do can spend your credits, and every link covers a single site.
How do I end a client's access?
Reset the share link and the report, Blueprint and review links stop at once. Revoke the site plan link from its Share menu, and remove a client login from your workspace members.
What does sharing cost?
Nothing. Links cost nothing to make, copy or reset, and printing is free.
