For restaurants
Restaurant SEO: the pages that bring diners to your own site
Private dining, brunch, catering, gift cards: see which searches bring diners to your own site, who shows up instead, and the pages you're missing. Free, no card.
1Where diners come from
Find the searches that bring diners to your own site.
Covers from Google come and go, and you can't tell which searches send them. Your plan lists what people search for around a place like yours, from brunch to private rooms, with the monthly searches on each and whether they're ready to book.
- Every search marked buying, comparing or learning
- Monthly searches and difficulty on each

2When Yelp shows up first
See which searches the directories own, and which you can win.
Search your own cuisine and Yelp, Tripadvisor and the delivery apps fill the first screen. The plan flags directories and apps and leaves them unticked, so it plans against the restaurants you're really up against, and one tap puts any back.
- Restaurants found from your own searches
- Directories and delivery apps flagged
- Add the rival only you know about

3Across town
See where you drop out of the map's top three.
One search from your own phone shows one spot on the map. The free rank grid checks Google Maps from 9 points about 5 km apart, so you see the streets where diners stop finding you.
- 9 live Google Maps checks in every run
- Your position at each point, or a dash

4Beyond the menu
Know which pages your site is missing: events, catering, gift cards.
Your site is a menu, an address and a booking button, and people search for catering, private rooms and gift cards. Each search you confirm gets one page: one you already have, or one to build.
- One main search per page
- A warning when two of your pages chase one search
- Live, covered or build on every page

5When there's no time for a campaign
Know which searches you're already close to winning.
Most weeks you have an hour for SEO, not a campaign. Setup ends with your quick wins: searches with real demand and low difficulty, with the ones you already rank for outside page one marked.

6What diners see in Google
Get a title for every page, written the way diners search.
A page called Menu in Google tells a hungry person very little. On a paid plan, every page gets a title, a description and an H1 in one list, around 60 characters so Google shows them whole, with the current one beside each.
- A title, description and H1 for every page
- Around 60 characters, so Google shows them whole

And the small stuff, handled
What you don't serve stays out. Tell it you don't do catering and nothing gets planned for it.
Runs during service. Close the tab and the research keeps going.
Run it again. New menu or a second site? Re-run the analysis.
No padded lists. Spelling variants of one search count once, marked +N variants.
Nothing changes on your site. The plan reads your pages. It never edits them.
Nothing touches your Google profile. The grid reads public results. Nothing signs in, posts or replies.
What we won’t do
We won't tell you your site will beat Yelp or the delivery apps for restaurants near me. Those results belong to directories, and the plan says so. It spends your pages on the searches your own site can win.
Questions restaurant owners ask
Should we fight Yelp and the apps for restaurants near me?
Mostly no. Those results belong to directories. Keep your listings right, and spend your own site on the searches a listing can't answer: private dining, catering, events and gift cards.
Is the first plan really free?
Yes, with no card. It covers the research, your searches, the restaurants you're up against and the page for each search. A new account also gets a 7-day free trial, with no card, that adds page titles and the content calendar. After that they need a paid plan.
Does it manage our Google Business Profile, reviews or menu?
No. The free rank grid shows where you sit on the map, and the free local SEO lessons cover your profile and reviews, but nothing signs in, posts, replies or edits your site.
Will it write the pages?
Not yet: writing opens to customers in October. Until then, the plan gives whoever runs your site each page's search, and the content calendar on a paid plan puts a date on each one.
How long does it take?
About six to eight minutes. Setup is seven short screens, mostly checking what we filled in from your homepage. The research takes three to five minutes more, and it keeps going if you close the tab.
