1The first look at a site
See where the trouble is before you open a page.
You've taken on a site and don't know where to start. The grade sits on top and every area sits under it with its own grade, so the weakest one is easy to spot.
- A score out of 100 beside the letter grade
- Titles, links, security and AI search, each graded
- Passed, warning and failed checks, each counted
Excellent - only minor refinements remain.

2Four hundred rows
Each problem once, with its pages under it.
You've scrolled an export where one broken tag shows up fifty times. Here each problem is listed once, with the pages it's on, what the page says now and the fix in plain words.
- The affected pages, folded under one line
- What the page says now, next to the fix
- Worst first, from critical down to low
- HighBroken Links3 pages
Broken internal (404) link
Current: HTTP 404
Update each broken link to its live destination, or 301-redirect the dead URL to the closest relevant replacement.
- MediumRedirects1 page
Redirect hygiene: http://www.searchblueprint.io reaches the canonical URL in 2 hops
Current: 2 redirect hop(s)
Point each redirect straight at the final URL in one permanent (301/308) hop, and replace 302/307 with 301/308 wherever the move is permanent.

- LowMeta Tags2 pages
Short, likely non-descriptive title
Expand the title to describe this specific page and its offer, rather than a generic label.
- LowMeta Tags52 pages
Title likely truncated in the SERP
Rewrite the title so the most important words sit within roughly the first 60 characters (~600px).
3The fix list
Tick off each fix as you go.
You've got more fixes than time. The plan sorts the work by priority, by area or by what's done, and the count shows how far you've got.
- Sort by priority, area or status
- A tick box beside every fix
- See how many are done and how many are left

4When most of it's fixed
Partly fixed counts as partly fixed.
You've fixed 49 pages out of 50 and watched a tool score it as if you'd fixed none. Here each check counts for as much of your site as it touches, so every page you fix moves the number.
- One page out of fifty costs less than fifty
- Fixing pages raises the check's score, page by page
- Checks we couldn't run are left out of the score

5Did last month's work land
See what changed since the last run.
You've shipped a round of fixes and can't tell if they counted. Each run is compared with the one before: the score change, the issues fixed and any new ones.
- Issues fixed and new issues, counted
- Each area's score change, up or down
- Every run kept in the site's history

6When the client asks how it's going
Your client gets the grade by email, weekly or monthly.
You've rebuilt the same audit by hand for a client who wants proof. Put the site on a weekly or monthly schedule and each run is saved, with the grade and a link to the report emailed to whoever you list.
- Weekly or monthly, you pick
- Emailed to you, your client, or both
- A read-only link that needs no login
No recurring audits scheduled.
And the small stuff, handled
AI search checked too. Whether AI crawlers can reach you, if you have an llms.txt, and whether your pages carry schema.
Only what we checked counts. A check we couldn't run is left out of your score, never marked failed.
Up to 200 pages a run. Raise it to 500 for a bigger site. A big crawl picks up where it stopped.
Deeper audits on hand. A technical workbook, a mobile report and an AI read across your pages.
Your site stays as it is. We only read public pages, the way a visitor would.
The price before you start. Every run shows it up front, and a failed run is refunded.

Questions people ask
How many pages does it check?
Up to 200 a run, and you can raise it to 500. A big crawl pauses and picks up where it stopped.
What does the grade count?
Only the checks we could run. A page we couldn't reach is left out, and backlinks show as not measured rather than a guess.
Do I need a developer?
For some of it. Titles, descriptions and content can be done by whoever edits your site. Redirects, canonical tags and security settings usually need a developer, and each fix names the page it's on.
Can my client see it?
Yes. Send a read-only link that needs no login, or put the site on a schedule and they get the grade by email.
What does it cost?
Your first plan is free, no card, and the audit comes with it. After that every run shows its price before you start, a failed run is refunded, and opening a saved report again costs nothing.
Does it change anything on my site?
No. We only read public pages, like a visitor would. We never fill in a form or try to log in.
