Questions, answered before you pay

Is the first strategy really free?

Yes. Your first strategy for one website costs nothing and needs no card. It's saved as a project you can come back to.

What do I pay after that?

Nothing for 7 days. Your account starts a free trial with 20 credits, and it needs no card. Add a card to keep your plan from day 8. Without one, the trial ends and you aren't charged.

Why do some lines say Opens in October?

Because customers can't open them yet: Super Pages, content refresh and page redesigns. They're planned for October.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Runs that use credits pause until your plan renews or you add a top-up. Nothing you've made is deleted, and a top-up lasts three months.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime, from Settings under Plan & credits. There's no contract, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Can I see my site's traffic?

Yes. Site traffic reads your Google Analytics and Search Console, and puts visits from ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI assistants on their own tab.
