Questions people ask
Is rank tracking included in my plan?
No. Each keyword is paid for in credits every month, from the same balance as everything else. That's 26 credits per 100 keywords checked weekly through the top 100, or 40 per 100 checked daily through the top 20, and twice that if you track desktop and mobile.
Should I pick weekly or daily?
Weekly, for most keywords. Positions shift a little from day to day, and a weekly look through the top 100 shows where a keyword is heading. Save daily, through the top 20, for the few you're pushing onto page one.
What counts as my position?
Your site's first organic result for the keyword, with your subdomains counted. Ads, maps and other Google boxes don't count. If you're not in the results checked, you'll see >100, or >20 for a keyword checked in the top 20.
What if I can't pay on the 1st?
Your keywords pause. Checks stop, nothing is deleted and the history stays. Top up your credits and select Resume now, or we try again the next day.
Can I stop tracking a keyword?
Yes, any time. It isn't checked or charged again, and its history stays on the page.
How soon will I see positions?
New keywords are usually checked within the hour. Until then, the row says First check pending.
