1Setting up a new client
Your first keyword run fills in the basics.
You've typed the same setup answers for every new client. Here your first keyword run has already saved what the business does, the services it sells and the ones it doesn't. Check it, fix what's off, and you're done.
- What the business sells, taken from your first keyword run
- What they don't sell, saved as a rule to avoid
- Empty fields suggested from your profile, for you to check
- Unique selling points
- Key services / products to emphasise
- Must avoid
2When the form looks long
Set up a new client in ten questions.
You've closed setup forms with a dozen empty boxes. Answer ten plain questions instead, like what should the AI always include, and skip any you can't answer yet. You see every answer again before anything is saved.
- Question 3 of 10, with a bar that fills
- Skip any question for now
- Every answer editable before you save
3The client's brand guide
Their brand guide, summarised for you.
You've got the client's brand guide as a PDF somewhere in your inbox. Upload it and its rules come back as a short summary you can edit before you save. Only that summary is used, never the file itself.
- PDF, Word, text, CSV or Excel
- A summary you edit before saving
- The file stays in private storage
Uploaded guidelines
PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV or XLSX. We extract the key rules into the summary below.
4The line you can't cross
Your client's red lines, read first.
You've had to pull a post because it promised something the client can't promise. Compliance rules sit at the top of what the AI reads, and it's told they beat everything, even the instruction you type for one job.
- Compliance rules read before anything else
- Your must-avoid list right under them
- Placed first, so a long panel can't crowd them out

Must AVOID
Do not write about services the business does not offer: paid search advertising (Google Ads, PPC management), link building and backlink outreach, website design and development, local SEO and business listing management.

Services / products to prioritise

5What it changes this week
Used today for your titles and briefs.
You've caught a meta description offering a service the client dropped. Your page titles and descriptions, writing briefs and AI search prompts are all written with the panel in front of them.
- Titles and descriptions for every page
- Writing briefs and AI search prompts
- Articles too, once writing opens in October

New pages go live every week, written from what your customers ask Google and ChatGPT. You approve every page. First plan free, no card.
6Running more than one client
Each client's rules stay with that client.
You've pasted one client's notes into another client's prompt by mistake. Every website has its own panel, so switching sites switches the rules, and one client's services never turn up in another's titles.
- One panel per website
- Only people who manage the site can change it
- An Updated date shows when it last changed
Key services / products to emphasise
SEO content automation, AI search optimization, ChatGPT visibility
Must avoid
Paid search, link building, web design, local listings
And the small stuff, handled
Blank means no change. Leave a field empty and nothing is added to what gets written.
It never guesses a rule. Suggestions only restate what you've told us, and never include a compliance rule.
Kept out of the copy. The AI is told never to mention the panel in what it writes.
Nothing live changes by itself. Edit a rule and the next title, brief or post follows it.
Leaving asks first. Close the page with unsaved edits and it asks before they're lost.
Articles from October. When writing opens, articles, Super Pages and refreshed pages read it too.

Questions people ask
What goes in it?
What the business sells and doesn't, who it's for, how it should sound, what to always include or avoid, compliance rules, the calls to action you prefer and the pages to link to most.
What uses it today?
Page titles and descriptions, writing briefs and AI search prompts. Articles, Super Pages and refreshed pages read it too once writing opens in October.
Do I have to fill it all in?
No. Your first keyword run fills in the basics, and every field is optional. A blank field changes nothing.
Can I upload our brand guidelines?
Yes. PDF, Word, text, CSV or Excel, up to 15MB. You get a summary to edit, and only that summary is used.
What if the panel and my instruction disagree?
Compliance rules win over everything. Otherwise what you ask for in that one job comes first, then the panel.
Do my client sites share one?
No. Each website has its own, so one client's rules never reach another client's copy.
Brief the AI once for each client.
